The JAY PARTS Pitman is made of high-strength steel and the highlight is the double clamping, conical guidance of the tie rods, reinforcement by a gusset plate and the high quality of the material.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM RESOLVED?
Steering play is 80% a worn Pitman. The models before 2013 was without clamping and from 2014 was provided with a clamp. The best way to check it is if someone moves the handlebars and you are watching with a flashlight just under the power steering the teeth. 1 mm play between Pitman and gearing is 8 - 10mm at the handlebar end!
