Ace ATV Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled Agricultural Service Engineer to join our team in Bromyard. The role will involve working on a variety of agricultural machinery and ATVs, performing maintenance, repairs, and servicing. While experience in agricultural or ATV servicing is advantageous, it is not required as training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, service, and repair agricultural machinery and ATVs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance checks on equipment.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Install, adjust, and test new machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to offer guidance on machinery maintenance to customers.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and services completed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and procedures.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site repairs and maintenance when needed.
Characteristics Required:
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in agricultural machinery or vehicles.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical issues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and technologies.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks.
