As the Winter arrives it has been a busy few weeks at Ace ATV.
We have had a number of customers who have unfortunately had bikes stolen, break down or require immediate repair. We have also had a customer needing last minute buggies for their Event, as the season weather sets in and the heavens open.
This is where the support and knowledge of the Ace ATV team comes in and has been something which we have received wonderful compliments about.
We boast a fantastic team of Agricultural Engineers. Some of whom have been working for Murray since their Apprenticeship days. You can learn all about our team and who we are here.
REPAIRS
We keep records of purchases, warranty and servicing so we have all the information to hand when needed. Furthermore we have a well stocked parts division. This is particularly valuable when repairs are urgent and parts are required last minute.
A few weeks ago, Murray received an SOS text at 8pm on a Friday from an Ace ATV customer. He had got his bike stuck and needed an urgent repair for Saturdays work. Carl left the yard at 7am Saturday morning for the 50 mile journey ahead, and we received the following text at 9.30am:
“Morning Murray. Just wanted to say thank you very much for the great service. Your chap was here and sorted it out. Have a good weekend.”
It was a great message to receive and ensured our customer didn’t lose a valuable days work.
HIRE
Mike runs the hire side of Ace ATV and is extremely meticulous with ensuring the delivery, management and details of your booking are met.
