We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical PDI Specialist to join our team. The role involves conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections of agricultural and ATV machinery to ensure everything is in optimal working order before being handed over to customers. The ideal candidate will be methodical, able to follow instructions meticulously, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-delivery inspections of ATVs and agricultural equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow detailed checklists to verify each component of machinery meets safety and operational standards.
• Identify and document any defects or areas of concern and communicate these to the service or repair teams.
• Ensure all machinery is clean and presentable for customer delivery.
• Collaborate with the service engineers to make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain organized records of inspections completed and equipment passed.
• Assist with occasional customer queries related to product preparation.
Characteristics Required:
• Highly methodical and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow instructions and checklists carefully.
• Strong focus on quality control and safety standards.
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain records.
• Basic understanding of mechanical components is helpful but not required.
• Able to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with service engineers.
