As June arrives, we continue to find ourselves in the middle of a Pandemic, which is seeing all of us change the way we shop, work and play.
All equestrian events remain postponed or cancelled, Agricultural Shows now a 2021 focus and farmers markets, stalls and shops operating with strict policies in place. It seems no one is immune from its effects.
However, agricultural and rural industries continue to power through. Lambing is coming to an end, calving in on-going and silaging will soon be the next focus.
Restrictions put in place by the Government and Public Health England are still vital in ensuring our safety from Covid-19. At Ace ATV we have continued to support our customers as best we can. Our Facetiming efforts have been very successful in reducing contact with customers, with a number of machine issues sorted over the phone. One customer kindly emailed us after we got his quad back up and running:
‘At 9.00 on a Saturday morning I phone Murray Boss who promptly ran through a few quick fixes even though they are closed today. Unfortunately these were unsuccessful but Murray would not give up and FaceTimed me to explain how to remove the covers to get to the starter motor. After several FaceTime conversations the quad started which was great news. This method worked really well and saved a visit and got me up and running quickly’.
Through videos and photos both on our website and social media, many customers (old and new) have been able to purchase their machine without making any unessential trips during lockdown. This has lead to us delivering to key workers all over the country, in agriculture, forestry, environmental and conservationist roles amoung others. This has all been done whilst adhering to strict guidelines to ensure it is undertaken safely.
‘Ace ATV provided a first class service. Super responsive when asked about the product/ options, sending out a quote, and dealing with post delivery questions (e.g. how to set up the equipment – done very patiently over FaceTime)…I would readily recommend Ace ATV to anyone wishing to buy agricultural equipment because of their friendly manner, helpful advice, competitive pricing and excellent after-sales service.’
